YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE

The main objective of this course is to a self practice both physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually in each of the fields given below

Asanas

You will learn different Asanas Postures of Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga in order to make you more flexible as well as giving you an understanding of their effects on the body and mind.

Pranayama

Pranayama is the ancient practice of controlling your breath in order to control the movement of life force through your body. Practicing pranayama is said to help calm and center the mind while soothing the body.

Cleanshing Techniques

Shatkarma internally purifies the body, which makes Pranayam and Meditation practice easier by preparing the body to perform these practice without distractions, discomfort and fatigue. These yogic cleansing practices will be integrated into the daily morning schedule.

Yogic Mudras

Yoga mudras are done in conjuction with breathing to increase the flow of Prana (Breath) in the body. By practicing it, a connection is developed with the patterns in the brain that influences the unconscious reflexes in the different areas.

Energy Locks

A Bandha (Energy Lock) is a body lock in Hatha Yoga, being a kind of Mudra. In this course you will learn how the different energy locks regulate the flow of energy and how that it will help you in the practice of the asanas and meditation.

Mantra Chanting

The sound of Mantra can lift the believer towards the higher self. Under this course a wide range of Mantras will be taught which help you to find your inner Harmony.

Teaching Methodology

This yoga class will give you the necessary building blocks to devise your own yoga class. Learn how to motivate your students by teaching inclusively to the range of abilities that you may be faced with.

Yogic Anatomy

In this course you will learn more about the Anatomy of the body to better understand safe and stable physical alignment in the Yoga poses. Here you will learn the effects of Kriyas, Pranayamas, Asanas and Meditation for cure of various disorders and diseases.

Meditation

Our course will make you more meditative than ever before reason being our philosophy lectures. They give you an insights in the functioning of human mind without understanding of which it becomes extremely hard to sit in meditation
